Quinceañera 


In order to reserve an available date for a Quinceañera, you must fulfill the “Administration” Requirements: Fee $225.00 & Completion of the Quinceañera Registration Form.


  • Parents or Legal Guardians:

    • The family who wish to celebrate the Quinceañera of their daughter should be Catholic and registered members of the parish. To download the Parish Registration form, CLICK HERE.

    • The family should contact the parish at least six months prior to an intended date of the Quinceañera to discuss the date, the formation program, and the liturgical celebration.

    • Participate in the formation sessions dedicated to the family at Casa Romero. For more information, please call 414.224.7564.

  • The Quinceañera:

    • The Quinceañera must be a baptized Catholic.

    • Reconciliation and First Communion are required. 

    • If the Quinceañera is not yet confirmed, she should register in confirmation preparation prior to the celebration of the Quinceañera.

    • Participate in the Quinceañera formation program at Casa Romero. For more information, please call 414.224.7564. 

  • Godparents or Sponsors (Padrinos/Madrinas):

    • Although they are not required, we do not allow more than five (5) padrinos and/or madrinas during the liturgical celebration of the Quinceañera.  

    • Padrinos and/or Madrinas must be Catholic. They are not required to attend the formation program.


  • Chamberlains and Ladies:

    • The participation of chamberlains and ladies is not a requirement; however, they are allowed to participate in the ceremony. 


  • Admnistration

    • Fee: $225 (this does not include the music during Mass or service)

  • Celebration:

    • Quinceañeras are normally celebrated on Saturdays at 12:00 PM. 

    • The Quinceañera and her parents must be in Church at least 30 minutes before the ceremony. 

    • Pictures and videos are allowed. 

    • The family is responsible for contracting the music and decoration of the Celebration. They may contact Rafael Medina at (414) 807-6830 for questions.
